About This Site and How to Order

To help make ordering from this website as simple as possible we have incorporated a uniform ordering block for each item. Simply enter the quantity you want and then click the add to order button to add that item to your shopping cart. You can enter the quantity of multiple Items and then click any of the add to order buttons. Items can also be removed from your shopping cart on the shopping cart screen. When you have finished shopping, simply click the view cart/checkout icon to complete your order and check out.

Credit Card Orders

If you've never done business with Progressive Concepts in the past and you are using a Credit Card for payment, we will have to ship the order directly to the Billing Address as it appears on your Credit Card statements. Some Credit Card Issuing Banks may allow you to add an "alternate" shipping address to the account.

If your Bank allows alternate shipping addresses, we can ship to the alternate address if you have added the alternate address to your credit card account. For more details on adding an alternate shipping address to your Credit Card, contact your Credit Card's Issuing Bank by calling the 800 number on the back of your Credit Card

Using Checks & Money Orders

If you will be paying by Check or Money Order you can Mail your Order to us along with your Check or Money Order to the following Address:

Be aware that if you pay using a Company or Personal Check, your order may be delayed up to two weeks as we must wait for your check to clear prior to shipping the order. If you want to expidite the order, it is better to pay with a Cashier's Check (Bank Draft) or a Money Order. Using these methods of payment will allow your order to be shipped as soon as we receive the order.

Item Weight

Each item's shipping weight includes packaging (and in some cases an allowance to cover insurance on the item). Some larger items may be shipped by "demensional weight" which covers the size of the box and does not reflect the actual weight. Actual item weight may vary.

"Export Only" Items

Due to various government regulations some items on this website are available for export only. If the word "export" appears in the product description, then that product is not available to residents of the US or its territories.

Export Items may be ordered by US customers if the customer fills out, signs, and returns a completed "Export Agreement" form. Blank export forms are available from Progressive on request. The form simply states that you (the customer) will be using the item outside the US, and that you will not use it or sell it in the US or its territories.

Export Licensing

Most Items do not require special export licensing to most of the free world, however, the sole responsibility for compliance with any regulations, import duties and/or taxes in any way relating to the entry of such goods into the importing country shall be that of the buyer.
