At Progressive Concepts it is our philosophy that our broadcast equipment products are
of such high quality that, when you try them,
you'll want to keep them. Some broadcast items in this website may include our
exclusive 30 day no-fault guarantee. The following guarantee
applies only to those items which state that they include the guarantee
in the description of the item:
If for any reason you are dissatisfied
with said items during the first 30 days of ownership, you may return
the item for a full refund (less shipping charges). In order to return
the item, you must call for a return authorization. Any items returned
without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Standard Return Policy
If you need to return an item, please contact us within 10-29 days for
an RMA number. Any items that do not include our 30-day guarantee may
be subject to a 20% restocking charge plus shipping. The following items
are not eligible to be returned:
- Plans, transistors, and semiconductors
- PC boards and kits that have been opened and/or soldered-on in any
way
- All computer software products
- Any custom-made items.
Items Returned For Repair
Progressive Concepts is a factory authorized repair center for most of the products we sell. However, certain
items covered under the factory warranty may have to be sent directly back to the factory for repair. Please
contact Progressive Concepts before sending any items back for repair. Items that have been authorized for
return to Progressive for repair will be given an estimate for the cost of the repairs. Once the
customer approves the repair, Progressive will perform the repair in a timely manner and notify the customer
that the item is ready. Progressive Concepts shall not be liable for any repair items left unclaimed for over
90 days.
